Clean Critters Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to our Grooming Staff here @ Clean Critters. We have reserved this appointment especially for you! Our Groomers are paid on a commission basis. This means if you don't show up for your appointment, they are here @ work with NO PAY. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore we respectfully request at least 24-Hours notice for Rescheduling and Cancellations.
With-In 24 hour notice, same day cancellations, will be charged 50% of the services booked! You can't book another appointment until this is paid in full.
Our appointment confirmation and reminder E-Mails/Calls are a courtesy. Not receiving either of these does not make a missed appointment exempt.
Unexpected events can and do occur in one's schedule. We understand things like illness, work emergencies, delayed flights are out of your control, but they are also out of our control. So they do not constitute a last minute cancellation exemption.
Please don't be late!!! You and your Critter deserve your full appointment time and being late compromises that. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to adjust the appointment accordingly (re-schedule or less time consuming services). At checkout you will still be held accountable for the services initially booked for.
We are especially busy during the holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving). We try to accommodate all of our Critters during this time. We do our best to offer the best service in town and our groomers take advantage of every available minute to ensure we get it done. For this reason we have 100% cancellation fee for any missed appointments on the week before the holidays.
We respectfully ask for your compliance with these policies as they are in place for you and our staff members!
